LOCATION: Roberta's at Urbanspace Vanderbilt (East 45th &, Vanderbilt Ave, New York, NY 10169)

ORDER: 2 slices of Millenium Falco (sausage, onion, parmesan, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, garlic, and basil), 1 slice of Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil), 1 slice of Bee Sting (Tomato, mozzarella, sopressata, chili, and honey)

REVIEW: 
The best just got more accessible. Thanks to a booth crammed in the corner of the fancy midtown East Urbanspace food hall, city dwellers no longer have to make the trek out to Bushwick, Brooklyn for Slicey award winning Roberta's pizza! Two gas-powered Roberta's red oven are tended by oven masters ensuring the tried-and-true signature recipes are expertly replicated in the new surroundings.  I recommend getting something traditional and something creative.  You can go wrong with Roberta's pun-filled menu. The premium ingredients and idyllic crust put this pizza in a class of its own. Demand is high - and not just for the pizza - but for a place to eat it. If you arrive anytime around the hustle and bustle of a Midtown Manhattan lunch rush, expect to be jockeying for a table in the urban food court. Although there is nothing like a pilgrimage to the original Brooklyn location, it's nice to know I don't have to contend with the fickle L train to get Roberta's pizza into my mouth.
