ORDER: 1 slice of Margherita (San Marzano DOP, fior di latte, basil and extra virgin olive oil), 1 slice of Napoletana (San Marzano DOP, fior di latte, anchovies, basil, and extra virgin olive oil), 1 slice of Prosciutto e Funghi (San Marzano DOP, fior di latte, prosciutto cotto, Mushrooms, basil and extra virgin olive oil), 1 slice of Primavera (fior di latte, arugula, prosciutto di Parma, cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmigiano reggiano and extra virgin olive oil)

REVIEW: 
A Naples nook. On the north side of Houston street just east of 6th Avenue there is a cozy little restaurant called Song E Napule. The 15-20 people lucky enough to crowd into the intimate dining area are on the receiving end of some of the most authentic Naples style pizza in the city. A certified Vera Pizza Napoletana establishment, Song E Napule adheres to the strictest of requirements as far as imported Italian ingredients, pizza preparations and cooking techniques. Expect savory San Marzano Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, Caputo 00 flour in their dough and a wood-burning oven. The popularity of the place speaks for itself. Make a reservation to ensure you get a seat. I recommend ordering a pizza on the iPad menu with minimal toppings and one on the creative side. Feel free to practice your Italian with the staff or fellow patrons since a significant portion of the clientele speak it. If you like the traditional puffy-edged freshly baked bread focused Naples pizza style, you are bound to love Song E Napule.
