REVIEW: 
One of the best squares in town. As we predicted back in 2021, it was only a matter of time before Baby Luc's of Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn would become a square slice pizza institution. Expect lines around meal times and scores of happy patrons in their indoor, outdoor and street dining areas. Baby Luc's has perfected the ideal consistency of a square slice that is both crisp and filling, yet somehow light. It defies the laws of physics. In doing so, it creates a delicious base for high quality creative toppings such as Sopressata, broccoli rabe, ricotta, and hot honey. Pair your slices with a beer, wine or soda and call it a square meal! I recommend trying all of the slice options until you find your favorite. Mine was the generously topped pepperoni. Then, going forward, order an entire pie of that one. If you can't finish it, don't worry. These slices are as good reheated as they are fresh out of the oven. Residents of Carroll Gardens are very fortunate to have Baby Luc's around.

1. Joe C., Chuck Divak, Sean Harvey and I are all New York Mets fans. Matt Lamb's team is the Cleveland Guardians. At the time I am writing this, all of our teams are still alive in the playoffs.

Eggplants, Champions 2024

2. Chuck Divak, Matt Lamb, Joe C., Sean Harvey, and I are all on the Eggplants softball team that plays in the summer at DiMattina field in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. We won the championship this year for the third year in a row so this event was our 3Peat-za Party!

3. Sean Harvey wears a suit to work every day!

4. The last time Chuck Divak dressed up, it was a red carpet event for the premiere of Chimp Crazy. He was one of the main editors on the show and if you haven't seen it, you should!

5. Matt Lamb is a professor of Epidemiology on top of being an awesome leadoff left-handed hitter and left fielder.
