Day 9, 2020: Lily's Naan Pizza (Summerlin, NV)

Lily's Naan Pizza

DAY 9: OCTOBER 9th, 2020

LOCATION: Lily's Naan Pizza (Summerlin, NV)

GUEST(S): Robin Rothman, Lily Rothman

ORDER: 1 Naan-Smoking Farmer (Goat Cheese, Pecorino, Sausage, Smoked Provolone, Zucchini, Sage, naan) and 1.5 Parisian Hamboree (Ham, Brie, Mushroom, Onions, Pecorino, Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Basil, naan)

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

COOK TIME: 7 minutes


Naan bread

3 Naan-Smoking Farmers & 3 Parisian Hamborees


Breakfast sausage
olive oil
goat cheese
grated cheese (Pecorino preferred)
sliced smoked provolone
ham (deli sliced okay)
Italian seasonings
Roma tomatoes


Naan-Smoking Farmer

  1. Break up breakfast sausage
  2. Sauté sausage in light olive oil 
  3. Lightly sauté zucchini with sage in sausage juice
  4. Spread naan with goat cheese
  5. Put zucchini on top
  6. Add sausage and fresh uncooked sage
  7. Salt and pepper and parmigiana 
  8. Top with slice of smoked provolone 

Parisian Hamboree

  1. Slice Brie on the naan (with rind)
  2. Chop onions and mushrooms
  3. Sauté until soft
  4. Slice ham into little squares
  5. Sauté ham shortly with Italian seasonings and salt and pepper
  6. Slice Roma tomatoes and remove skin
  7. 3 naan is 2 Roma tomatoes
  8. Layered onions, mushrooms and ham
  9. Then add tomato 
  10. Add Pecorino Romano 

Oven instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450'
  • Bake in cookie sheet at 450’
  • About 7 minutes then add basil garnish after oven
