A Naples grows in Brooklyn! Neopolitan native Pasquale Cozzolino ensures Dellarocco's of Brooklyn wood-fires out authentic pizza pies in the true Italian style. Under his masterful eye, the Ferrari red oven melts the mouth-watering buffalo mozzarella cheese on the Margherita STG into a warm nectar floating atop the San Marzano tomato sauce. The gentle charring in and around the edge and underside of the hand crafted crust reveal the scrutiny applied to each pie by the vigilant pizzaiola. A light basil shower and olive oil rinse provide the finishing touches upon its journey from the oven to your plate.
