REVIEW:
With two master chefs in the kitchen, everyone wins.  Roberto Caporuscio, owner of Keste Pizza and Vino, has partnered with fellow Naples certified pizzaiola (Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani - APN) Antonia Starita to open Don Antonio by Starita.   This Hell's Kitchen Neapolitan style pizzeria brings the expertise of the owners into each pie exiting the imported wood-fired Italian brick oven.  Aware of the spectacle of watching true masters at work, patrons can see via video a live feed of their pies being made.  Watching the dough be hand crafted out and each high quality ingredient added to the rich San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese is a fun diversion from the otherwise well-lit trendy dining area and bar.  The main event, however, is the presentation of the creative individual sized pies by the waiter.  Bring a date or come with some work friends.  There is something on the menu for everyone.  Don't count on there being much leftover at this appropriately priced restaurant.  Don Antonio by Starita brings Naples to Hell's Kitchen and Naples won't be leaving anytime soon.
