ORDER: 4 slices of Extra Large Cheese thin crust pizza with extra sausage and extra sauce (cooked "well done")

REVIEW: 
Chicago meets Vegas. Walking into Las Vegas’s Amore Taste of Chicago is like walking into an immersive art exhibit dedicated to the Windy City. 360° as far as the eye can see from the moment you enter, you are surrounded by larger than life depictions of all things Chicago. Ever want to dine next to Michael Jordan, Frank Thomas, Bozo the clown, and the band Chicago? Now you can. Better yet, you’ll be eating w Chi-town food as well since the menu is chock full of fully loaded hot dogs, chopped beef sandwiches, and Chicago style pizza. This means both deep-dish and its polar opposite: tavern style thin. Unless you have 45 minutes to wait, I recommend the thin. Keep in mind Amore pizzas are authentically cracker thin so over order. An extra large can feed at least two. The pizzas are layered with rich tomato sauce and a generous portion of high quality low moisture mozzarella cheese but the crisp microscopically thin underside impressively supports it. Pair it with a beverage from the bar, sit back, watch the Chicago area sports event on the TV and enjoy your pizza. I look forward to my return to Amore.

1. Paul Rothman and I were minding our own business on the back patio prior to pizza and we were visited by a roadrunner!  Those birds are pretty big...and pretty looking.

2. Lily Rothman and Robin Rothman concocted a plan to visit one of Vegas's newest spectacles...the Sphere.

3. Today marks the last day of Pizza Month 2023. Thank you all who followed my quest. I hope you also had a merry Pizza Month. October may be National Pizza Month, but let's celebrate pizza all year 'round and make every month pizza month.
