ORDER: 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of pepperoni, 2 slices of Stranger (sweet fennel sausage, roasted peppers, tomato sauce) 

REVIEW: 

Chef meets baker. Located in Manhattan’s Flatiron district, Stretch Pizza is the culinary collaboration of wd~50 chef's Wylie Dufresne and Breads Bakery's baker Gadi Peleg. Their goal was simple: to bring their expertise to the world’s favorite food, pizza. It makes sense. And it worked! Dufresne's high quality topping combinations on Peleg's freshly-baked crust are a complete success! Try the cheese, sauce, and bread on the more traditional "Classic NY" or the ham, horseradish, red onion, and smoked gouda on the signature "Ploughman," or, better yet, go with a friend and try one of each. The pies are individual sized but surprisingly filling. Aside from pizza, the menu features salads and desserts. Pair your meal with one of many signature cocktails, wine or beer at the full bar and Stretch becomes a convenient and affordable date place. Soon the word will be out on Stretch and the queue to get in will likely "stretch" around the block - so go now!
