ORDER: 1.5 slice of OG square (tomato, house mozzarella, cheddar, sicilian oregano, parmigiano reggiano), 1 slice of Deviled Crab Pizza (blue crab, tarragon, chives, ritz crackers)

REVIEW:
Dinner and a show-girl! While awaiting your pizza, Superfrico will captivate all of your senses in a spectacle that only Las Vegas can pull off-literally. Whether it be the live DJ rocking loud jams on speakers, the fellow patrons dressed to the nines or the performer cameos rocking magic tricks or hardly dressed at all, a memorable night is guaranteed. And then the awesome Detroit style pizza arrives. Baked in a square deep dish pan with characteristic brick cheese fried edges (called “frico”), Superfrico next stimulates your sense of taste. The crisp golden brown edges support the high quality toppings and provide a fulfilling crunch with every bite. I recommend the traditional pie with or without pepperoni and the signature crab if you are sharing with another. With so many non-pizza menu options, Superfrico is far from a “pizzeria” but the pies are legit and the experience is unforgettable.

1. Robin Rothman read about this show and dinner and it was an incredible night. The Opium (or OPM) has an amazing talent variety show that you can see for $50 a person if you eat dinner at Superfrico. The food was stimulating one way, and the show was stimulating in all the other ways.

2. Prior to pizza, Paul Rothman sung "Willkommen" from Cabaret to a sold out crowd in Summerlin as part of a show put on by residents of their community. The show was called Give My Regards.
