REVIEW:
Model mobile Motown Pizza maker! Thanks to Izzy's Pizza Bus, Las Vegans don't have to go to Detroit for perfect Detroit style pizza. Even better, the bus may come to you! Pizza perfectionist Brett Geiger converted a Bluebird school bus from Seattle, Washington into a Las Vegas food truck churning out Detroit style pizza topped with premium tomatoes from California, and industry-best cheese from Wisconsin. Izzy's Pizza Bus is the epitome of the American dream. Brett credits "dat dough" which ferments for four days before becoming the foundation for his thick-yet-light foccacia-esque masterpieces. He has cracked the code on the crisp "frico" oil-baked cheese on the outer edge while still evenly cooking the underside and toppings. In addition to the limited menu of tried-and-true trademark pies, expect at least one featured daily special based on creative top tier ingredient availability. I hope it won't be long before there is a brick-and-mortar location or two but, in the meantime, I will be following Izzy's Pizza Bus wherever it goes!

4. Robin and I dressed up for Halloween even though we didn't have any physical place to go. My mother-in-law had a spare Taco and Chicken costume hanging around so we put them to use.Willie McCool Model Airfield
5. We ate pizza at a picnic table near Iron Mountain right next to the Willie McCool Model airplane airfield. Technology has come a long way with remote control airplanes. We saw everything from a biplane to a miniature jet-powered F-18.RATING:
