LOCATION: Papa Murphy's (10180 W Tropicana Ave Suite 133, Las Vegas, NV 89147)

GUEST(S): Robin Rothman

ORDER: 2 slices of original crust Gourmet Vegetarian (Creamy Garlic Sauce, Whole-Milk Mozzarella, Fresh Spinach, Sliced Zucchini, Sliced Mushrooms, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Roma Tomatoes, Mixed Onions, Cheddar, and Herb & Cheese Blend), 4 slices of large thin crust extra sauce and Italian sausage

REVIEW:
Choose your own pizza adventure. Assuming you have access to an oven, Papa Murphy's can do the rest. Their "take-and-bake" business model allows you to choose exactly what you want on the pizza and when you want to eat it. This is particularly desirable during a pandemic when it's nice to eat at home without having to prepare every meal. The best part of being in charge of what goes on your pizza is that you have an endless quantity of high quality ingredients from which to choose. The flip-side is, of course, if your pizza isn't good, you have no one to blame but yourself.  I know what I tend to love on pizza: thin crust sausage with extra sauce. So that's what I ordered, cooked, and gobbled up.  Note that the thin crust is ultra thin so expect a crisp foundation and a lot less guilt for any carbo-phobes. For those less aware of personal preference or up for something new, Papa Murphy's offers classic signature pizzas. I opted for a Gourmet Vegetarian pizza on original crust which had no shortage of toppings. While this did present more of a challenge for an even bake, the fresh ingredients were both tasty and filling. The combination of the pristine clean store, the user-friendly website, and the simple baking instructions make the entire experience comfortable in addition to delicious. I look forward to my next visit to Papa Murphy's.
