REVIEW:
I admire the hubris of Gabriel's to advertise itself as the "best pizza in the universe." Since food reviews are all subjective, I want to think that owner of Gabriel's truly feel his or her pizza is the best. The large number of specialty pies supports this argument. In addition the topping selection, crust choices, and pie sizes at this pizzeria are also vast. Featuring pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, and beef, the Stockyard injects an entire butcher shop under a double layer of stretchy mozzarella cheese. By itself, the cheese provides a creamy consistency, plenty of cooked tomato sauce, and a firm-yet-chewy gas powered stone baked crust. Gabriel's expertly combines quality ingredients with knowledgeable preparation to create the best pizza in the whole wide area of Cleveland, Tennessee.

1. My brother and his wife and their two kids all made room for pizza despite just filling up at my sister Valerie's wedding.
2. Joe McCary was the photographer for my sister's wedding.
3. Mary McCary is a drama teacher in the DC area and has put on over 100 musical productions. We all agreed THE MAN OF LA MANCHA is a great one!
