ORDER: 2 slices of large cheese with olives and mushrooms, 2.5 slices of large cheese with sausage

REVIEW: 

Located in the middle of Manhattan's theatre district, John's Pizzeria is the perfect spot to get your coal-fired pre-show pizza. With a humongous dining area,John's can pack 'em in, feed 'em, and get 'em out before curtain. When running on all cylinders, four coal-burning ovens on two floors are churning out high quality New York style pies for hundreds of satisfied patrons. Once you go to John's Pizzeria, you too will demand an encore.

1. My brother, Jay Taylor, and his wife, Amy Taylor, are visiting NYC from Florida. It's a short vacation but they intend to eat as much pizza as possible.

2. After their arrival, we had Thai food, explored my apartment and its roof before hitting up John's. At Robin Rothman's suggestion, we ended the night with some Junior's cheesecake.

3. Both my brother and sister-in-law are new fans of my favorite current TV show I THINK YOU SHOULD LEAVE.

4. Robin was on hold with customer service for two hours today.
